YOUTH  PROGRAM'S

On behalf of the ESA, we would like to welcome you to another great season of soccer, we are excited to get started!

The Elida Soccer Association is under the direction of the boy's and girl's High School Soccer programs, which consists of current coaches and certified referees. Our goal is to instill your child with the fundamentals of the game, while making it SAFE and FUN.

Our season begins on Monday August 2nd and ends in mid October.  Practices run the month of August and are typically M/W or T/TH from 5:00-6:30 pm or 6:30-8:00 pm depending upon your coach's choice.  September and October are reserved for games. 

Kindergarten through 2nd grade are kept in house at Elida, while U-10 - 3rd/4th grade and above are the WCOSA traveling teams which play against schools such as Bath, Shawnee, Wapak and others.

Our soccer fields are located behind the Elida Elementary School.

Your child will be responsible for bringing soccer approved shoes (no toe cleats permitted) shin guards and a practice ball.  Black shorts are needed for game days.

Teams are divided and selected by our online software.
ESA's goal is team parity with equal distribution of age and skill levels amongst multiple teams in the same age/gender division. ESA’s mission at the K, U8, U10 and U12 level is not to create “select” teams as it is a recreational league.

Each team will play approx. 8 games.

Each team will play approx. 10 games.
