The objective of the Elida Soccer Association is to operate and maintain a collaborative organizational group that organizes and facilitates the various soccer levels in the Elida Soccer Community.    The goals developed amongst the members will operate under a set of bylaws created by the associated committee members and approved under the direction of the Elida Local School Board.   The Elida Soccer Association will be directed and maintained with the involvement of various members of the boys and girls high school programs, boys and girls middle school programs and boys and girls youth programs.
